On Sunday, September 8, after the Liturgy and September 10 after the all-night vigil, on the eve of the feast of the Beheading, which is traditionally celebrated as the Church-wide Day of Sobriety, a presentation of the book for parents and teenagers, “Encyclopedia of Independence” by Vitaly Bogdanchikov, will take place in the St. Nicholas Patriarchal Cathedral. This book explains the harmfulness of addictions, discusses in detail the prevention of teenage addictions within the family, and also offers professional advice from specialists on identifying the problem in a teenager and helping him in the early stages of addiction. The book has received many positive reviews from representatives of various Russian and international public organizations and medical institutions. After the presentation of the book, the author Vitaly Bogdanchikov will answer questions.
