At the invitation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the United States of America; Anatoly Ivanovich Antonov, the Rector of St. Nicholas Cathedral Archpriest Igor Vyzhanov and Mrs Alla Vyzhanova on December 19, 2023 attended a concert offered by the pianist Sergei Kosenko “Pytor Tchaikovsky; On the Eve of Christmas.”
The concert at the Russian Embassy in Washington, DC, was organized by the embassy for diplomats and journalists from various countries, as well as Russian compatriots.
At program’s end, Ambassador Antonov and Archpriest Igor met and discussed issues of mutual interest. Father Igor thanked the Ambassador for the invitation, and the opportunity to meet personally, and they agreed to stay in touch.
