On December 31, 2024, a New Year's Prayer Service was held at St. Nicholas Patriarchal Cathedral in New York after the evening service.
The service was held by the cathedral's rector, Archpriest Igor Vyzhanov, with the assistance of Protodeacon Igor Panachev.
After the service, the parishioners were offered a light festive meal.
