On January 5, 2025, in the afternoon, the next meeting of the literary club took place in the library of the St. Nicholas Patriarchal Cathedral. The meeting was headed by the rector of the cathedral, Archpriest Igor Vyzhanov.

The participants of the event discussed the story of the contemporary Russian writer Alexander Tsypkin “House of Goodbyes”, where the author, from a certain point of view, raises questions of life values ​​and the meaning of life.

The Literary Club of St. Nicholas Cathedral meets on the first Sunday of each month to discuss a work of art, read in advance by mutual agreement, or to watch a film, followed by discussion. All are invited. Announcements of the works to be discussed are made by the organizers in advance.
