On April 6, 2025, on the eve of the Feast of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos and the commemoration of the repose of Saint Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow (1925), Bishop Matthew of Sourozh, the temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA and Canada, celebrated an All-Night Vigil at St. Nicholas Patriarchal Cathedral in New York City.

His Grace was concelebrated by the cathedral’s rector, Archpriest Igor Vyzhanov, Vice-Chancellor of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA Priest Mark Rashkov, Dean of the Central States Priest Joshua Genig, Priest Anthony Kurakevich, and the clergy of the cathedral.

The liturgical hymns were performed by the expanded Hierarchal Choir under the direction of conductors Kseniya Afanasyeva and Alla Kerko.

After the Gospel reading, the hierarch, concelebrating clergy, and the faithful venerated the icon of the Feast and the reliquary containing a relic of Saint Tikhon.
