On January 26, 2024, in the refectory hall of the St. Nicholas Patriarchal Cathedral New York, with the blessing of the rector Archpriest Igor Vyzhanov, anniversary celebrations for the chairperson of the Russian-American Cultural Center "Heritage" (RAKSI) Olga Sergeevna Zatsepina took place.

Ms. Zatsepina celebrated her birthday as well as the 20th anniversary of RAKSI. Representatives of the Russian-speaking community of New York gathered for a gala dinner to celebrate the occasion.

Archpriest Igor Vyzhanov warmly congratulated Ms. Zatsepina on her anniversary, noting the high level of interaction between RAKSI and St. Nicholas Cathedral, and presented her with an icon of the Blessed Matrona of Moscow as a gift.

Present at the celebration; the Acting Chancellor of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, Hegumen Nikodim (Balyasnikov) and the Vice-Chancellor, Priest Mark Rashkov, who read out congratulatory messages to the jubilarian of the day from the Temporary Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Excellency Bishop Matthew of Sourozh and His Eminence Archbishop Justinian of Elista and Kalmykia, the former Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA in 2010-2014. Everyone enjoyed the event, which was a great success filled with joy.
