The cathedral youth group met for its weekly session on March 12th, 2024. This particular week, the meeting was dedicated to Biblical Studies, and a “Brain-Ring” whose subject was the book of Genesis and the four Gospels. Thanks for this event’s organization belongs to Matushka Alla Vyzhanova, wife of the cathedral rector Archpriest Igor Vyzhanov.
The game was divided into three stages. First, its participants answered questions about the events of the Bible, and then someone, using gestures, showed a word often used in the Holy Scriptures, while everyone gathered had to guess. At the third stage, each team had to put cards with key events in biblical history in chronological order as quickly as possible.
The winning team received memorable prizes - church calendars. At the end of the game, everyone was offered a treat - pancakes, traditional for Maslenitsa.
